Research progress on refrigerator preservation technology
Explored the research progress of refrigerator preservation technology,including three categories of methods:physical preservation,chemical preservation,and biological preservation.This article introduces traditional refrigerator preservation techniques,including the advantages and disadvantages of direct cooling and air-cooled refrigerators,as well as preservation techniques based on precise temperature control,partitioned storage,and gas control.In terms of new refrigerator preservation technology,cutting-edge technologies such as electric and magnetic field preservation technology,light preservation technology,and plasma preservation technology have been widely applied.Propose that the intelligentization of refrigerators should focus on food preservation,optimize human-machine interaction experience with Internet of Things technology,and provide scientific storage suggestions.The future refrigerator preservation technology will develop towards diversification and intelligence to meet consumers'demand for high-quality and safe food.
