Study on the application of OTA technical in household appliance industry
OTA upgrade has become the basic function of smart appliances.The value of technological progress is to let OTA upgrade technology bring more benefits to manufacturers.The manufacturer manages the upgrade business through the OTA platform.In the production process of household appliances,the production system obtains the corresponding firmware program from the OTA platform according to the model of household appliances,and automatically completes the firmware writing and detection of household appliances.For the sold household appliances,users can upgrade them through mobile APP,device screen,voice interaction and other ways to realize the iteration of household appliance functions.The manufacturer's deployment of automatic OTA upgrades can quickly and widely solve potential problems with devices.The after-sales system can push upgrades to the problematic devices through the OTA platform based on user feedback,which can solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner.So,the application of OTA upgrade technology in household appliance production,user use stage and product after-sales service has important practical significance for manufacturers to improve production efficiency,iterate product functions,solve equipment problems and reduce after-sales costs.
