用户在需要采暖的过渡季节习惯白天关机晚上开启热泵设备,这样的使用习惯使得热泵开机阶段的频率控制策略研究变得尤为重要.为研究不同开机频率下房间温升效果与耗电量的差异,在相同实验条件下通过对比80 Hz和68 Hz初始频率下机组运行效果发现,两种方案室内温升效果相当,但68 Hz运行频率比80 Hz在1 h内的耗电量降低了14%.通过逐时数据对比发现,水温增长过快是导致高频率启动运行能耗高的主要原因,从而得出开机阶段的频率控制需与水温增长速率关联的结论.该实验结果可以为热泵机组开机频率控制策略的优化,提供参考.
Energy saving control strategy for heat pumps based on user usage habits
Users are accustomed to switching off the heat pump unit during the day and switching on the heat pump unit at night during the transitional season when heating is required,and such usage habits make the study of the frequency control strategy of the heat pump switch-on phase particularly important.In order to study the difference between the room temperature rise effect and power consumption under different switch-on frequencies,found that under the same test conditions,by comparing the operating effect of the unit under the initial frequencies of 80 Hz and 68 Hz,the indoor temperature rise effect of the two schemes is comparable,but the power consumption of the 68 Hz operating frequency is reduced by 14%compared with that of 80 Hz in 1 h.Through the time-by-time data comparison,it was found that the water temperature grows too fast is the main reason for the high energy consumption of high-frequency start-up operation,which leads to the conclusion that the frequency control in the start-up phase needs to be correlated with the rate of water temperature growth.The results of this experiment can provide a reference for the optimisation of the start-up frequency control strategy of heat pump units.
