Stress analysis and optimization of suction pipe during compressor shutdown of constant speed dehumidifier
When a certain dehumidifier compressor is shut down,the stress in the suction pipe exceeds the enterprise standard limit.This article uses a combination of simulation and testing methods to study the mechanism of the high stress in the suction pipe during compressor shutdown.Transient simulation analysis is used to analyze the stress in the suction pipe during compressor shutdown.The maximum position of the simulation stress is basically consistent with the test,and the maximum error is controlled within 10%.The position of the pipeline damper is optimized,and the problem of excessive shutdown stress is solved,shortening the development cycle and improving design efficiency.
