通过提取压缩机内部腔体流域,对腔体模态频率进行计算,以此为目标,作为吸气消声器的重点消声频段.根据消声器结构的基本消声原理,设计消声器的调整,并利用Virtual Lab 仿真计算来优化消声器细节结构,最后通过消声器传递损失测试装置和压缩机噪声,判定目标频率噪声优化效果,从而达到优化压缩机关键频段幅值的目的.
Optimization design of silencer for refrigerator compressor based on Virtual Lab
By extracting the volume of the internal cavity of the compressor,the cavity modal frequency is calculated,which is used as the key muffler frequency band.The adjustment of the muffler is designed according to the basic muffler structure principle,and the detailed structure of the muffler is optimized by Virtual Lab simulation calculation.Finally,the optimization effect of target frequency noise is determined through the muffler transmission loss test device and compressor noise,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the amplitude of the key frequency band of the compressor.
