教育家精神,即指教育家在特定社会办学或"办教育"之艰辛过程中所体现出来的独特"创造精神"、"开辟精神"和创业过程中所体现的崇高人格精神.传承和弘扬教育家精神,国人不仅践行了从"教育救国"到"教育强国"的变革之路,而且探索出"回归人本、务实兴学"的发展之路,更走出了一条"立足本土、放眼世界"的中国教育现代化的创新之路.大力弘扬教育家精神,要深刻领会新时代"教育家精神"的历史底蕴、本质内涵和价值深意,遵循并努力做到六个向度的基本要求,以便更好地造就德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,为中国教育现代化变革的纵深推进和中华民族的伟大复兴提供强大的内生动力.
The Promotion of Educators'Spirit and the Endogenous Power of Educational Modernization Transformation
The spirit of educators refers to the unique"creative spirit"and"pioneering spirit"that educators embody in the arduous process of running schools or"running education"in a specific society,as well as the noble personality spirit reflected in the process of entrepreneurship.Inheriting and promoting the spirit of educators,Chinese people have not only embarked on the path of transformation from"saving the country through education"to"becoming a strong country through education",but also explored the development path of returning to people-oriented and pragmatic development of education.They have also embarked on an innovative path of modernization of Chinese education based on local conditions and with a global perspective.To vigorously promote the spirit of educators,we must deeply understand the historical background,essential connotation,and profound value of the"spirit of educators"in the new era,follow and strive to achieve the basic requirements of six dimensions,in order to better cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,and provide strong endogenous power for the deepening of educational modernization in China and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
