The Concept and Strategies of Philosophy for Children in Deepening Thinking Teaching
Fostering students'thinking ability is one of the key competencies of education,and to promote the all-round development of students'thinking ability is an inevitable trend and an essential undertaking in the ongoing curriculum reform within the domain of basic education.As an instructional approached centered on the development of children's thinking ability,Philosophy for Children emphasizes the harmonious cultivation of various dimensions of thinking,such as various skills,dimensions,levels,and thinkers.It strives to facilitate the concurrent advancement of both individual and group thinking capacities through the holistic pedagogical methods.Through the formation of the Community of Philosophy Inquiry,based on the practical tactics of visualization,verbalization,logicality and philosophizing,Philosophy for Children provides effective support for students'cognitive development.It serves as a valuable reference for promoting the development of thinking instruction among students in our country.
