Implementation of Labor Education Curriculum under Perspective of Relationism:Issues and Approaches
Curriculum implementation in the underlying logic has not got rid of the subjective and objective dichotomy and its reconciliation. The methodology of relationism helps us to transcend dualistic thinking and reconstruct the way of understanding curriculum implementation. The implementation of labor education curriculum from the perspective of relationism is a kind of temporal and spatial relationship existence. To apply the methodology of relationism in the study of the implementation of labor education curriculum,it is necessary to take the relation as the basic unit of the study, and comprehensively carry out the study based on the theory of analytical abstraction. From the perspective of relationism, implementation of the labor education curriculum involves such issues as the relationship between labor competencies and all-round development in curriculum objectives, the relationship between traditional labor form and new labor form in curriculum content, the relationship between embodied action and mental input in curriculum implementation mode, and the relationship between labor evaluation and curriculum assessment in the direction of curriculum evaluation. In response to the above issues,we should focus on optimizing the relationship between ontological and instrumental goals of labor education curriculum, optimizing the relationship between real and virtual labor education space, optimizing the relationship between direct experience acquisition and indirect experience acquisition, and optimizing the relationship between realistic record of labor process and experience reflection in the implementation of labor education curriculum.
