Dilemmas and Breakthroughs in the Sustainable Development of Public Residential Supporting Kindergartens
Public residential supporting kindergartens are the main channel to expand inclusive preschool education resources,thus highlighting the value orientation of public welfare and inclusive preschool education in China.It is also an important livelihood issue in the process of urbanization in China.The existing studies mainly focused on the policies,ownership,governance effectiveness and problems of the governance of residential supporting kindergartens,but seldom address the issue of sustainable quality improvement.This study presents the challenges to the sustainable development of public residential supporting kindergartens through interviews with 19 kindergarten principals in Guizhou province,and analyzes the possibilities of schools cluster-based professional capacity in promoting the sustainable development of public residential supporting kindergartens.
