企业托育:共同富裕背景下优质高新企业勇担社会责任的体现

优质高新企业是实现共同富裕不可或缺的重要力量,由其举办专业托幼机构,能为员工子女提供普惠托育服务,但其所承担的新社会责任亟待探究.本研究通过对杭州已招生企业托育的案例研究,发现优质高新企业办托的动机是为了引育用留、稳定才心、营造良好营商环境.企业托育对身为直接利益相关者的员工承担了最为基础的经济责任,对年幼儿童及儿童家庭承担了视为底线的法律责任及作为科技人应有的数字责任,对身为间接利益相关者的当地政府部门及社区承担了道德责任.在园所建设与发展上,企业内部提供了资金、制度、技术与人才等多维支持,同时也得到了外部行政组织的鼎立支持.可见,优质高新企业举办的企业托育与企业员工、员工家庭、社会组织、社区发展与人文环境均产生了结构关联,是优质高新企业履行社会责任的新体现.
The Corporate Childcare:The Embodiment of Social Responsibility of the Superior High-Tech Corporation in the Context of Common Prosperity
The superior high-tech corporation is an indispensable part of the realization of common prosperity,and some superior high-tech corporations have organized professional institutions to provide universal childcare services for their employees'children,and the new social responsibility they have assumed needs to be explored.Through a case study of enrolled corporate childcare in Hangzhou,which found that the superior high-tech corporation in order to attract,educate,employ and retain talents,stabilize their hearts and create a good business environment.The corporate childcare bears the basic financial responsibility to employees as direct stakeholders,a legal responsibility and a certain amount of numerical responsibility to the young child and the child's family,and a moral responsibility to the local government departments and the communities as indirect stakeholders.The corporation provides multi-dimensional support for the construction and development of corporate childcare,such as capital,system,technology and talents.Meanwhile,corporate childcare has been supported by external administrative organizations.Corporate childcare organized by high quality high-tech enterprises has a structural relationship with enterprise employees,employees'families,social organizations,community development and the cultural environment,which is a new embodiment of the superior high-tech corporation to fulfill their social responsibilities.
