科创教育的国际动向及其经验启示

为应对科技产业革命以及未来国际竞争,党的二十大提出"科学、教育、人才一体化发展"战略,凸显全面变革科创教育的重要性.本文客观梳理和分析美国、德国、日本等国家科创教育发展现状与动向,归纳出政策导向注重科创贯穿教育系统、教学活动强调实践导向和项目驱动、师资队伍建设多途径标准化、生态系统校内外多元协同等特征与经验.受这些经验启示,我国需要从顶层设计层面树立科创教育的政策导向,从路径选择层面推动教育评估和师资培养体系构建以及行动式教学范式转向,从科创教育生态层面构建高校引领、社会多方参与的科创教育共同体.
International Trends in Science and Technology Innovation Education and Its Experience and Enlightenment
In response to the scientific and technological industrial revolution and future international competition,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the strategy of"integrated development of science,education,and talents",highlighting the importance of comprehensively reforming science and technology innovation education.This article objectively combs and analyzes the current status and trends of the development of science and technology education in the United States,Germany,Japan and other countries,and summarizes that policy orientation focuses on science and technology innovation throughout the education system,teaching activities emphasize practice orientation and project drive,multi-channel standardization of teacher team construction,and ecosystem within schools characteristics and experiences such as external diversified collaboration.Inspired by these experiences,our country needs to establish policy orientation for science and technology innovation education from the top-level design level,promote the construction of educational evaluation and teacher training systems and the shift to action-based teaching paradigms from the path selection level,and build a university-led,social multi-party community from the science and technology innovation education ecological level.
