百余年来,乡村教育凭借其传递知识、启发民智、培养人才的功能,掀起了"救国"、"建国"、"兴国"三次使命担当的高潮.今天立足新时代,面向教育强国建设,乡村教育既应为强国建设提供强大的人力资源支撑,又要为强国建设奠定现代科学技术基石;既应为强国建设构筑创新发展文化之魂,又要为强国建设着上靓丽生态文明底色.为此,就要在实践层面构建保障机制:强化公共精神,构建认知机制;强化情怀意识,构建动力机制;加强师资建设,构建人力机制;推进教育治理,构建创新机制.
The Centenary History,Current Implications,and Practical Mechanisms of Rural Education's Mission in Building an Education Strong Country
In the past century,rural education,with its functions of transmitting knowledge,inspiring people's intelligence,and cultivating talents,has triggered a climax of three missions of"saving the country","building the country",and"revitalizing the country".The mission and responsibility of rural education in the construction of a strong education country in the new era,it can not only provide strong human resource support for the construction of a strong country,but also lay the foundation of modern science and technology for the construction of a strong country;It can not only build the soul of innovative development culture for the construction of a strong country,but also provide a beautiful ecological civilization background for the construction of a strong country.In the New Era,to strengthen the mission and responsibility of rural education in the construction of an educational powerhouse,it is necessary to systematically construct a guarantee mechanism at the practical level:strengthening public spirit and constructing cognitive mechanisms;Strengthen emotional awareness and build a driving force mechanism;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and build a human resource mechanism;Promote educational governance and build innovative mechanisms.
