大学生高质量就业能力的形成逻辑及战略导向

促进毕业生高质量充分就业是牵动国家战略人才力储备与高等教育强国底色的关键问题,也是大学生就业能力预备与深化的核心工程."国家大学生学情调查研究"(NCSS)十二年的规律探寻证据显示,我国大学生就业能力在结构上以社会通用能力为稳定核心,元认知与核心素养在立德树人导向作用下进步明显,但专业知识与技能长期低水平发展,反映大学专业教育办学质量不足与定位迷失;高水平就业能力的养成与保障年级成长过程连贯性、重视第二课堂学以致用密切相关,而现行人才培养制度中就业能力发展规律应用的缺位现象较为突出.为弥合现实与目标的差距,高校亟需在推进通专融合培养模式、分类精准提供就业指导、一二课堂联动育人与优化大学生就业评价等方面寻求突破,实现大学生就业能力与人才培养质量提升.
Logic of formation and strategic orientation of high-quality employability of college students
Promoting high-quality and full employment of graduates is a key issue affecting the national talent strategy and the development of higher education,and it is also the core project of improving the employability of college students.The formation of high-quality employability inevitably relies on professional education and integration of university functions to promote the improvement of the employability structure of college students and enhance their professional competitiveness and adaptability.Evidence from the twelve years of National College Student Survey(NCSS)shows that the employability of college students in China is structured with general competence as the stable core,metacognition and core literacy have made obvious progress under the guiding of morality education,but professional knowledge and skills have been developing at a low level for a long time,which reflecting the low-quality of professional education.The development of high-level employability is closely related to the coherence of the growth process in grades and practical teaching design.However,the current talent training system does not follow well the law of employability development.Therefore,colleges need to make strategic changes in the areas of promoting the"general and specialised fusion"cultivation mode,provide accurate career guidance,pay attention to practical teaching organisation,and improve the education evaluation system.
