Migrant Workers'Entrepreneurship Education and Training Policies:Implementation Process,Sample Characteristics and Strategy Reconstruction
Under the background of the new era of the state greatly encouraging the innovation and entrepreneurship of migrant workers,it has important academic value and practical significance to explore the entrepreneurship education and training policy for migrant workers.Analyzing the policy implementation process of entrepreneurship education and training for migrant workers from the perspective of policy distance between different levels of government,it can be divided into the stage of high-level promotion,the stage of inter-governmental communication,and the stage of mutual adjustment.The sample characteristics of migrant workers'entrepreneurship education and training policies are reflected in the dependence of policy texts,the variability of policy supply,the lagging of policy vehicles,the variability of policy implementation,and the admission of qualification policies.To this end,the relative independence of migrant workers'entrepreneurship education and policies should be enhanced,special assessment and supervision mechanisms should be explored,policy tools should be given diversification,and policy end-course carriers should be upgraded.
