面向科技自立自强的研究型大学科教融合:时代要义、逻辑转向与实现进路

研究型大学科教融合是国家创新体系建设不可或缺的重要组成,也是打造科技强国,实现高水平自立自强的重要支撑.在国家创新体系中,研究型大学科教融合展现出知识生产视角下拓展利益相关者参与构建"多赢共生"机制、国家治理视角下增强教育事业与科技事业统筹协调发展、科教创新主体视角下优化科教资源配置实现协作性跨越的时代要义.面向科技自立自强,研究型大学科教融合需要重塑逻辑指向,在使命目标上实现从"经济使命"向"战略使命"的转换,在构成主体上实现从"分立语境"向"整合语境"的转变,在合作模式上实现从"政策导向合作"向"价值导向合作"的转型.基于此,以研究型大学高水平教学为依托培育战略科技人才,以研究型大学基础研究创新推动"新旧动能"转换,以研究型大学社会服务助力国家与区域科技创新将成为未来研究型大学科教融合的必然进路.
The Integration of Science and Education of Research Universities for Self-reliance and Self-improvement in Science and Technology:Great Value in New Era,Logical Turn and Realization Approach
The integration of science and education of research universities is an indispensable component of the national innovation system,and an important support for building a Scientific and Technological Powerhouse and achieving high-level self-reliance.In the national innovation system,the integration of science and education in research universities shows great value in new era.Firstly,from the perspective of knowledge production,it should expand the participation of stakeholders to construct the mechanism of"all-win symbiosis".Secondly,from the perspective of national governance,it should strengthen the overall and coordinated development of education and science and technology.Thirdly,from the perspective of science and education innovation subject,it should optimize the allocation of science and education resources to achieve collaboration.The integration of science and education in research universities needs to reshape the logic direction,realize the transformation of the goal from"economic mission"to"strategic mission",realize the transformation of the composition subject from"separate context"to"integrated context",and realize the transformation of the cooperation mode from"policy-oriented cooperation"to"value-oriented cooperation".Based on this,there will be an inevitable approach for the integration of science and education in research universities in the future,namely cultivating strategic scientific and technological talents by means of high-level teaching in research universities,promoting the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones based on basic research innovation of research universities,and boosting national and regional scientific and technological innovation through social services from research universities.
