Private tutoring of hidden mutation discipline private tutoring:pattern characteristics,rising causes and management countermeasures
After a stage of centralized governance,large-scale,institutionalized,and positional discipline private tutoring has been generally eliminated in China,basically achieving the expected goal of the"Dual Alleviation Strategy"policy.But at the same time,the survey found that the current discipline private tutoring of hidden and mutation disciplines presents a new form,and the form is more concealed,the type is more diversified,the subject is more personalized,the organization is more rigorous,and the means are more scientific and technological.In this regard,this study analyzes the causes of the rise of invisible variation from the perspectives of sociology,pedagogy,economics and management,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of root cure,diversion,plugging and coordination,which aims to promote the improvement of the government supervision system,promote the deepening of the training and governance of hidden mutation disciplines,so as to better promote the implementation of the"Dual Alleviation Strategy"policy.
