How Effective is the Cultivation of High-quality Farmers:An Empirical Study Based on 861 High-quality Farmers in Jiangsu Province
Through the development of criteria for evaluating the effects of cultivating high-quality farmers,it was found that the cultivation effects of 861 high-quality farmers in Jiangsu Province were generally good,but the radiation effect needs to be improved.In terms of demographic variables,women's satisfaction with cultivation is higher than men's;farmers'literacy level is significantly positively correlated with cultivation effect;and cultivation effect decreases with age.From the perspective of farmers'identity characteristics,the cultivation effect of certified farmers is significantly better than that of non-certified farmers;the cultivation of village cadres or party members has a better driving and radiating effect;the cultivation effect of"heads of agriculture-related enterprises"and"heads of cooperatives"is better than that of"family farmers";and the cultivation effect of"family farmers"is better than that of"family farmers".It is better than"family farmers"and"large professional households".From the viewpoint of farmers'professional experience,the effect of cultivation of farmers is significantly positively correlated with the number of participation in training;the cultivation effect is best for farmers with experience of migrant labor;and the cultivation effect is best for farmers who have been engaged in farming for"4-6"years.The above empirical research not only provides a tool for scientifically assessing the cultivation effect of high-quality farmers,but also provides an empirical basis for Precise selection of incubatees,improving cultivation effectiveness and perfecting cultivation policies.
