The Dilemma and Transcendence of the Implementation of Rotating Teachers'Leadership:A Qualitative Study Based on Grounded Theory
The key to the successful implementation of the teacher rotation and exchange policy and its effectiveness lies in the leadership of the implementers of the policy-the rotating teachers.The leadership of rotating teachers refers to their ability to positively influence the development of their peers and lead the change of education and teaching in schools,which mainly includes value leadership,instructional leadership and scientific research leadership.Nowadays,the dilemmas faced by rotational teachers'leadership are the"distorted"value leadership under the position of"outsider",the"negative"leadership under the constraints of"mutual distrust",and the weak research leadership in the absence of professional support.To give full play to the leadership of rotating teachers,it is necessary to shift rotating teachers from"outsiders"to"insiders",create a community culture of mutual trust and reciprocity,strengthen the scientific research capacity of rotating teachers,and provide professional autonomy and time and space guarantees.
