Value Implications,Theoretical Logic,and Practical Dimension of Education Power Empowering Common Prosperity
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization,and building a powerful country in education is an effective way to promote the common prosperity of all people.The paper summarizes the value implications of education power empowering common prosperity in three levels,namely,effectively matching the needs of new productive forces,promoting the construction of sustainable livelihoods,and realizing the starting point equity for the development of disadvantaged areas/groups.It explains the logical starting point of empowering common prosperity with an education power,that is,supporting innovation-driven development and cultivating new productive forces at the higher-pushing level,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional sectors/industries and empowering the employment iteration of the stock labor force at the medium-maintaining level,and achieving balanced regional development and boosting rural revitalization at the lower-promoting level.Combining the connotation of common prosperity,this paper explains the intrinsic mechanism of education power empowering process prosperity,differential prosperity,gradual prosperity,and material and spiritual prosperity.It analyzes the practical dimensions from four aspects,that is,First,to achieve process prosperity from low level to high level,it is necessary to empower high-quality economic development with high-quality development of education.Second,to achieve differential prosperity on the basis of universal prosperity,it is necessary to cut off the adverse cycle of poverty with inclusive development of education.Third,to achieve gradual prosperity from parts to the whole,it is essential to empower balanced regional development with balanced allocation of educational resources.Fourth,to achieve material and spiritual prosperity in an all-round way,it is necessary to enhance livelihood attributes of education to empower the cultivation of complete people.
