As an activity to improve social practice,educational evaluation essentially contains the characteristics of use.The effectiveness of educational evaluation is closely related to the scientific and reasonable use of educational evaluation,and the use of evaluation is the key to activating the vitality of educational evaluation...It is reiterated that the usability of educational evaluation is the result of the essence of the concept of educational evaluation,professional standards,theoretical development and practical problems,which involves four fundamental issues:who will use,what to use,how to use and the conditions for use.In order to improve the usability of educational evaluation,it is necessary to deepen the reform of the epistemology,axiology and methodology of the use of educational evaluation on the basis of a clear response to the four fundamental problems,that is,adhere to the value orientation of fair use,emphasize the evaluation effect of real use,and promote the reform of the evaluation paradigm of consultation and participation.
