我国教育公平网络舆论的主体、情感、焦点与治理——基于2023年微博数据的Python分析

基于Python抓取、分析新浪微博2023年度教育公平话题数据发现,我国网民广泛参与了教育公平网络舆论的制造与讨论,但不同地区、性别的网民群体在参与意愿、话题制造、表达与传播方面存在差异,而弱势群体则面临着教育资源不足、"信息茧房"与"沉默的螺旋"等多重困境;积极情感表达为我国教育公平网络舆论的主要情感特征,舆论情感态度与舆论内容是否表征民众的教育公平诉求相关,而与舆论事件公平与否无明显关联;教育公平网络热点事件是网络民众教育公平观点与利益诉求的直接反映,具有突发性、地方性与事件叠加性等特征,而基础教育质量相关的教育过程公平问题则是当前的舆论焦点.舆论治理需重视舆论群体差异、赋能数字弱势群体,把握舆论情感特点、合情合理合法引导,紧扣舆论热点焦点、推进高质量教育公平.
The Action Subjects,Emotional Attitudes,Hot Spots and Governance Strategies of China's Education Fairness Network Public Opinion:An Analysis for Sina Weibo Data from 2023 Based on Python
Based on Python crawling and analyzing the 2023 education equity topic data on Sina Weibo,it was found that Chinese netizens have widely participated in the creation and discussion of online public opinion on education fairness,but there are differences in the willingness,topic creation,expression,and dissemination of netizens from different regions and genders,the disadvantaged groups face multiple difficulties such as lack of educational resources,"information cocoons"and"the spiral of silence";positive emotional expression is the main emotional characteristic of online public opinion on education fairness in China;the emotional attitude of public opinion is related to whether the content of public opinion represents the public's demand for education fairness,but has no significant correlation with the fairness of public opinion events;the hot topic of education fairness on the internet is a direct reflection of the public's views and interests on education fairness,with characteristics of suddenness,locality,and overlapping events;the issue of process fairness in elementary education quality is currently the focus of public opinion on education fairness.Public opinion governance needs to pay attention to the differences in public opinion groups,empower digital disadvantaged groups,grasp the emotional characteristics of public opinion,provide reasonable and legal guidance,closely follow the hot topics of public opinion,and promote high-quality education fairness.
