What is the Interaction Between Teachers and Students in High-quality Secondary Vocational Schools:An Observation and Analysis of Three Typical Classrooms
Good teacher-student interaction is the key to measuring the quality of secondary vocational classroom teaching.By observing three sections of action oriented teaching methods in vocational school classrooms,and using a combination of Flanders interaction analysis system and lagged sequence analysis to analyze the teacher-student interaction behavior ratio and sequence,it was found that high-quality vocational school classrooms have diverse forms of interaction to promote student subjectivity awakening,and problems run through to moderately stimulate the development of higher-order thinking in students,Emphasis is placed on creating a collaborative learning culture to enhance students'non cognitive skills and other characteristics,but there is still room for improvement in teacher questioning strategies,education and technology integration,and a comprehensive approach is proposed to focus on classroom process evaluation and enhance student classroom participation;Following the cognitive characteristics of vocational school students,scientifically optimizing questioning strategies;Digitalization empowers teachers in teaching practice,promotes deep integration of information and teaching,and other improvement strategies.
