基于劳动力市场适配性的高等教育人才供需机制研究

随着新一轮科技革命的发展和劳动力市场的深刻变革,如何建立与劳动力市场需求相适配的高等教育人才供给体系成为关系我国经济社会发展的重要问题.在对高等教育人才供需适配概念内涵进行梳理的基础上,本研究分析了当前我国高等教育人才供需失配的表现及成因,并借鉴美国经验,提出建立以"有效三角"为载体的政府-市场-高校协同机制、以"弹性灵活"为特点的学科调整机制、以"融合融汇"为核心的人才培养机制、以"信息对称"为重点的供需衔接机制是破解人才错配问题、完善人才供需机制的可能路径.
Research on the Mechanism for Matching Talent Supply in Higher Education to Labor Market Demand
As the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and profound changes in the labor market,to establish a higher education talent supply system that matches the demands of the labor market has become a significant issue affecting the economic and social development of our country.This study clarifies the concept of matching the supply and demand of higher education talents,then analyses the signs and causes of the mismatch between the supply and demand of higher education talents in China.Next,based on the the experience of the United States,this study proposes that to solve the problem and to improve the talents supply system,we should establish a government-market-university collaborative mechanism with the"effective triangle"as the carrier,a discipline adjustment mechanism characterized by"elasticity and flexibility",a talent training mechanism with"integration and fusion"as the core,and a supply and demand connection mechanism focusing on"information symmetry".
