On Eight Relationships in the Construction of Chinese University Innovation System in the Context of Self-reliance and Self-improvement in Science and Technology:Analysis Based on In-depth Interviews
The construction of the university innovation system is an urgent need for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the realization of China's self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology.This study adopted the principle of maximum difference sampling to select 64 experts for semi-structured in-depth interviews,and sorted out the eight relationships that need to be dealt with in the construction of China's university innovation system under the background of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology through the method of thematic analysis.The construction of the university innovation system needs to further clarify the relationship between the university innovation system and the national innovation system,high-level research universities and local universities,selection of innovative talents and cultivation of innovative talents,basic research and applied research,free exploration research and organized scientific research,independent scientific and technological innovation and international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation,scientific research and serving social development,and the innovation environment and scientific research innovation.Handling the above relationships well can not only reduce the obstacles to the construction of the university innovation system and help China accelerate the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement,but also provide important inspiration for promoting the connotation-based,high-quality innovation development of Chinese universities.
