Research on the Configuration Mode of International Scientific Research Cooperation Driving Innovation from the Perspective of Convergence
Education,technology and talent serve as fundamental and strategic supports to build a modern socialist country in all respects.The development of higher education,especially graduate education,is a crucial pillar in enhancing China's innovation capability.Given the global,complex,and diverse nature of current higher education research topics,interdisciplinary research organizations are leveraging their inherent advantage of effectively integrating disciplines,thereby playing a significant role in international scientific research cooperation.The paper employs the fsQCA method from the perspective of convergence to analyze multiple cases and studies the configuration mode of international scientific research cooperation driving innovation capability and top talents cultivation.Through analyzing cases from 15 domestic disciplinary convergence research organizations,it finds that there are three international scientific research cooperation configuration models which drive innovation capabilities and cultivate top talents:"holistic integration","resource synergy",and"virtual field".
