The Cultivation of College Students'Public Welfare Personality from the Perspective of Participatory Development:Paths,Problems and Optimization:Taking Xundian Neo-endogenous Development Project as an Example
Strengthening the cultivation of college students'public welfare personality is an important aspect and innovative form of realizing the fundamental mission of forstering virtue.Based on the case stydy of the rural neo-endogenous development project in Xundian county,this study summarizes and extracts the educational ideas and practice paths of the cultivation of college students'public welfare personality from the perspective of participatory development,in order to enrich the experience accumulation of China's public welfare education and explore the local practice mode of public welfare talent training.According to project evaluation,there are still real challenges in cultivating public welfare personality,such as uncontrollable motivation,mismatch between supply and needs,insufficient consistency,and the need for deeper integration among multiple stakeholders.To address these challenges,we need to start from stimulating students'intrinsic motivation,innovating the forms of public welfare education,strengthening the top-level design of projects,and building an integrated educational platform.These measures will further enhance the quality and effectiveness of public welfare personality cultivation for college students.
