数字化终身学习教育体系构建的若干问题思考

《中国教育现代化2035》确立了建设服务全民终身学习教育体系的宏伟目标,其旨在构建一个"人人皆学、时时可学、处处能学"的学习型大国,而要达成上述目标,数字化终身学习教育体系的构建至关重要.本文依据孪生逻辑、智能驱动、联结主义等数字理据,研判后学校场域、规模化定制、自适应学习、增值性评价与共同体治理等未来教育样态,并通过数字基座、数字资源框架、数字运维平台与数字终端多界面交互设计与营建等路径探讨,以为数字化终身学习教育体系的构建提供理论导向与未来样图.
Reflections on Some Issues in Constructing a Digital Lifelong Learning Education System
"China's Education Modernization 2035"establishes the grand goal of building a lifelong learning education system serving the whole people.What to achieve is to form a learning country that"everyone can learn at any time and everywhere".To achieve the goal,constructing a digital system of lifelong learning is crucial.Based on digital principles of mapping logic,intelligent drive and connectivism,this paper examines future scenarios including post-school fields,community governance,mass customization,adaptive learning,and value-added assessment.It explores the design and construction of digital foundations,digital resource frameworks,digital operation and maintenance platforms,and multi-interface interactions of digital terminals.Additionally,under the premises of digitalization and equity,iteration and reflection,futurism and tradition,complexity,and security,it attempts to provide valuable research references for the construction of a digital lifelong learning education system.
