Analysis of the Characteristics of Main Indicators of Education Development in the Process of Modernization:Taking the Yangtze River Delta Region as an Example
In the process of modernization,analyzing the patterns and characteristics of educational development indicators is an inherent requirement for promoting the acceleration of education modernization development in countries and regions.Selecting the Yangtze River Delta region as a sample,based on the Yangtze River Delta Education Modernization Monitoring and Evaluation Special Research Database,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the distribution,orientation,and achievement of education development indicators over the past 20 years.It was found that there were differences in the key indicators of different periods,the coexistence of"new"and"disappearing"indicators after the 14th Five Year Plan period,the main types of expected,leading,and basic indicators,and the relative difficulty in achieving composite education indicators.This presents a microcosm of the changes in education development indicators in various regions of the country,providing inspiration for strengthening the construction of education development indicators in the whole country and the Yangtze River Delta region during the 15th Five Year Plan period.
