Internship teaching support emerged during a special historical period of the scale development of education in China,and is a path for local normal colleges with Chinese characteristics to support rural education.The logical path for the revitalization of rural education is to promote the high-quality development of rural education which has put forward new requirements for normal students'internship teaching support.Under the revitalization of rural education,the major purpose of the reform of normal students'internship support is precise internship teaching support,mutual benefit and coexistence between internship and teaching support,and professional growth of teachers.Currently,there are prominent supply-demand contradictions in internship teaching support,a lack of deep cooperation mechanisms,and insufficient support for the professional development of normal students.Under the revitalization of rural education,in the reform of internship teaching support for normal students we should establish a diversified internship support chain that responds to the needs of rural education,deepen the mechanism of mutual benefit and symbiosis between normal colleges and rural schools,and strengthen the support for the professional growth of interns in the rural education environment so as to promote the high-quality development of rural education.
