公费师范生作为我国教师群体中特殊而又极为重要的部分,担负振兴欠发达地区尤其是乡村教育使命。教育家精神于公费师范生而言,有深刻价值意蕴,能够激发他们身份使命,为培养单位带来培养目标新指向,增添师德教育新内容。把教育家精神融入公费师范生培养过程,要求培养者贯彻协同性原则、连续性原则、基于专业身份及价值需求原则和兼顾理论与实践培育路径原则。公费师范生的教育家精神教育应基于这些原则探索多维路径:确保培养者深谙教育家精神后发挥引领示范作用;以课程为基本载体融入教育家精神;在见习实习实训环节检验教育家精神;用乡土情怀培育教育家精神;探索教育家精神的一体化培育机制。
Integrating the Spirit of Educators into the Training Process of State-Funded Normal Students:Values,Principles and Paths
As a special and extremely important part of China's teacher group,state-funded normal students shoulder the mission of revitalizing education in underdeveloped areas,especially rural areas.The spirit of educators has profound value implications for state-funded normal students,which can inspire their identity and mission,bring new directions for training objectives to training units,and add new content to the education of teacher ethics.Integrating the spirit of educators into the training process of state-funded normal students requires the trainers to implement the principles of synergy,continuity,professional identity and value needs,and the principle of balancing theoretical and practical training paths.In the education of educators'spirit for state-funded normal students,we should explore multidimensional paths based on these principles:ensuring that the trainers are well versed in the spirit of educators and play a leading and exemplary role,integrating the spirit of educators into the curriculum as the basic carrier,testing the spirit of educators during internship and practical training,cultivating educators'spirit through the local sentiment,and exploring the integrated cultivation mechanisms of the educators'spirit.
