The Shaping and Realization of the Image of the Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities under the Guidance of the Spirit of Educators
The spirit of educators has pointed out the direction for shaping a good image of ideological and political education teachers in universities in the new era,provided fundamental guidance,helped anchor the spiritual goals of individual development of ideological and political education teachers,condensed the spiritual symbols of typical role models of ideological and political education teachers,and enhanced the spiritual motivation for the construction of the team of ideological and political education teachers.The way in which the spirit of educators leads the shaping of the image of ideological and political education teachers in universities can be grasped from such four aspects as belief forging,moral cultivation,adherence to study,and personality cultivation.It can temper the profound and far-reaching political background of ideological and political education teachers in universities,cultivate the moral character of setting an example,uphold the academic style of seeking truth and sincerity,and shape a unique charm that permeates people's hearts.Under the guidance of the spirit of educators to shape the image of ideological and political education teachers in universities,we should strengthen their ideal beliefs to shape their political image,pay attention to exemplary demonstration and moral character,adhere to problem-oriented approach and rectify academic style,and inspire endogenous motivation to enhance personality charm.
