Consortium and Community:Two Important Ways for Chain Embedding of Production-Education Integration in Applied Universities
In the process of modernization of Chinese-style education,the consortium and the community are important paradigms for the deep produciton-education integration,and also key carriers for comprehensive promoting and deepening the reform of the educational technology talents.Specifically regarding the produciton-education integration in applied universities,based on the perspective of multi-chain embedded development such as talent chain,innovation chain,and industry chain,on the one hand,we should plan and promote regional collaboration and multi-chain embedding from a spatial perspective,continuously build an urban production-education consortium,focus on regional embedded coupling,emphasize structural collaborative cooperation,and strengthen adaptive production-education services;on the other hand,we should improve the efficiency of organizational logic operation from the perspective of division of labor,and continuously build an industrial production-education community with multi-chain integration as a framework,overall intensive planning as a path,and innovative entrepreneurship as a focus.On this basis,we focus on the growth curve of industrial clusters to implement companion embedding,focus on the layout of industrial characteristics and advantages to implement the specialized embedding,focus on the virtuous cycle of resource operation to implement the organized embedding,unifying the construction of consortia and communities with chain-development requirements of new-quality productivity so as to effectively promote the development of production-education integration in applied universities.
