An Analysis of Factors Influencing Collaborative Education of Professional Degree Graduate Students in China-Based on PLS-SEM Model
Professional degree graduate education is an important way to cultivate high-level applied talents.Comprehensively deepening the collaborative education mechanism is a key point and breakthrough in promoting the high-quality development of professional degree graduate education.Starting from the three stakeholders of universities,enterprises,and governments,the PLS-SEM model is used to analyze the influencing factors of collaborative education among professional degree graduate students in China.The research results show that the publication of scientific and technological achievements by universities,government R&D expenditures on domestic enterprises,and the proportion of scientific research personnel in enterprises have a significant impact on collaborative education.In order to better promote the development of collaborative education for professional degree graduate students in China,we should establish a collaborative education mechanism that empowers new-quality productivity in universities,jointly build a digital collaborative education platform with multiple subjects,and utilize the agglomeration effect of resources to enhance the effectiveness of collaborative education.
