摘要
产教融合培养是专业学位研究生教育的重要途径,对促进学生理论学习与专业实践相融合、提高学生实践创新能力和未来职业发展能力起着至关重要作用.当前,工程硕士产教融合培养质量保障存在的问题主要有:课程建设对工程硕士产教融合培养质量保障不完善,专业实践对工程硕士产教融合培养质量保障不到位,双导师制对工程硕士产教融合培养质量保障不充分,产教协同育人质量保障及考评制度不健全.工程硕士产教融合培养质量保障的优化对策是,优化课程建设,改进培养方案;优化基地建设,提升育人实力;优化导师队伍,实行指导组制;优化制度建设,夯实管理基础.
Abstract
The production-education integration is an important way for professional degree graduate education,which plays a crucial role in promoting the integration of theoretical learning and professional practice,improving students'practical innovation ability,and future career development ability.At present,the main problems in the quality assurance of training engineering master through production-education integration include the incomplete quality assurance of the production-education integration in engineering master's programs through curriculum construction,the inadequate quality assurance of the production-education integration in engineering master's degree programs through professional practice,the insufficient quality assurance of the production-education integration in engineering master's programs through the dual-mentor system,and the incomplete quality assurance and evaluation system for collaborative education between production and education.The optimized strategies for ensuring the quality of training engineering master through production-education integration include optimizing curriculum construction to improve training programs,optimizing base construction to enhance educational strength,optimizing the mentor team to implement a guidance group system,and optimizing institutional construction to consolidate management foundation.
