摘要

专业社团是培育学生核心素养的主阵地,能够促进学生动手能力提升和个性发展.专业社团培育中职学生核心素养的现实困境有:专业社团管理制度有待完善,缺乏相应的管理体系;重活动数量而轻活动成效,易形成两极分化;缺乏保障和目标规划.专业社团在中职学生核心素养培育中的策略有:完善管理机制,规范管理体系;增强社团质量观念,丰富社团活动内涵;优化社团发展环境,为社团发展提供全面支持;提升社团层次,科学制定长远规划.

Abstract

Professional associations are the main positions for cultivating students'core literacy,which can promote the improvement of students'hands-on ability and personality development.The practical dilemma of cultivating core competencies among vocational school students through professional associations is that the management system of professional associations needs to be improved and lacks corresponding management systems;emphasizing the quantity of activities over their effectiveness can easily lead to polarization;there is a lack of guarantee and goal planning.The strategies of professional associations in cultivating core competencies of vocational school students include improving management mechanisms to standardize management systems,enhancing the concept of association quality to enrich the connotation of association activities,optimizing the development environment of associations to provide comprehensive support for their growth,and enhancing the level of associations to scientifically formulate long-term plans.
