摘要

在中国式教育现代化背景下,造就"双师型"教师队伍既是实现职业教育高质量发展的核心需求,也是推进职业教育现代化进程的内在要求.高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设能够提升职业教育教学质量,强化校企合作;提升"双师型"教师职业发展,满足社会发展需求;深化职业教育改革,推动职业教育国际化的价值意蕴.新时代推进职业教育现代化与高质量发展,优化高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设,应以高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的价值意蕴为着力点,完善政策保障体系,强化校企合作机制,构建"双师型"教师发展平台,加强国际交流与合作等.

Abstract

In the context of Chinese-style education modernization,cultivating a"dual-qualified"teaching staff is not only a core requirement for achieving high-quality development of vocational education,but also an inherent requirement for promoting the modernization process of vocational education.The construction of a"dual-qualified"teaching staff in vocational colleges has the potential to improve the quality of vocational education and strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation,enhance the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers to meet the needs of social development,and deepen the reform of vocational education to promote the internationalization of vocational education.To promote the modernization and high-quality development of vocational education,and optimize the construction of a"dual-qualified"teaching staff in vocational colleges in the new era,we should focus on the value and significance of the construction of the"dual-qualified"teaching staff in vocational colleges,improve the policy guarantee system,strengthen the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,build the platform of the"dual-qualified"teaching staff,and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.
