Population Change and Strategic Planning of County High School Development:Analysis of the Educational Needs of County High Schools for 2035
School-age population is an important basis for formulating strategic plans for the development of county high schools.Based on the data of the 7th National Census and the Lesile model of predicting population growth,this study forecasts the education demand of county high schools in 2025-2035.The results of the research are as follows:the number of high school-age students in the county decreases from 33,802,548 in 2025 to 22,955,300 in 2035;the number of students in the country peaks in 2025,remains relatively stable from 2025 to 2030,and significantly decreases from 2031 to 2035.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to establish a regular monitoring mechanism for the development of county schools,to strengthen the coordination of municipalities,to improve the country funding mechanism,to improve the quality of country teachers through multiple ways,and to prepare for small-class teaching,course and class selection,and other new forms of education.
