The Teacher Subjectivity in the Position of Otherness:Theoretical Implication and Its Action
The subjectivity of otherness position aims at solving the problem of subject coexistence,effectively resolving the existential crisis of subjectivity brought by rational conscious subjectivity,and opening a new path of exploring subjectivity through action.Under the dual influence of the subject theory of consciousness and the post-modern context,the alienation of teachers'actions makes their subjectivity show obvious features of objectification,technicalization and atomization,which brings many adverse effects to the development of teachers.Action is the manifestation activity between subjects in the public space with speech as the medium.Subjectivity can"enter"into the action that actors take the initiative to show their unique existence to others present.The pluralistic co-existence of educational subjects determines that action is also the fundamental way for teachers'subjectivity to"enter".The circumstance of teachers'encounter with others and the inescapable educational ethical responsibility they bear to students endows their subjectivity with otherness,ethics and"vulnerability".Therefore,the current research on teacher subjectivity should focus on stimulating teachers'actions and developing subjectivity in the realization of educational ethical responsibility;continue to expand the education space to ensure the entrance opportunities of students;and transcend the atomic view of subjectivity and the theory of teacher subjectivity in action from the standpoint of otherness.
