Class Construction in Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Ecology
According to the perspective of ecology,a class is a ecosystem formed by the interacting and influencing of three groups:teachers, students, and parents in the daily life of the class.Various groups continuously exchange material, information, and energy between the class and the external natural or humanistic environment,so as to form an ecological community of the class which is conducive to the harmonious development and sustainable growth of the group of students, teachers, and parents. The current class construction faces ecological problems such as insufficient overall correlation of various elements, disordered organizational structure, and lack of feedback regulation. The practical strategy of ecological class construction is mainly to actively guide multiple groups to release vitality in class construction, build an organizational structure with multiple group interactions, and enhance self-recovery ability in complex environments.
