何谓卓越教师:实然描述、应然呈现及其实践意蕴

我国卓越教师的政策与学界描述均表现出一定局限性,并未解决卓越教师"是什么"的问题.应然意义的卓越教师,是教师教育卓越取向的中国化表示,对新时代好教师诉求的具体回应,以及未来教师荣誉制度的组成部分.卓越教师标准的建构应以专业品质、专业知识、专业能力为维度,在此基础上进行层级化的独特表达.卓越教师"是什么"的讨论以及相应标准建构,有助于深化本土意义卓越教师理论,对优化政府、师范生培养高校、中小学、教师等不同主体的实践行为有规约与引领意义.
What are Outstanding Teachers:Realistic Description,Ideal Presentation and Its Practical Implication
The policy and academic analysis on outstanding teachers in China are defective.They haven't interpreted what outstanding teachers are.The significance of outstanding teacher is the Chinese expression of the outstanding oriextation of teacher education.It is a specific response to the demand for good teachers in the new era.It will be an ingredient of a teacher honor system.The clarification of those connotations is to establish the criterion of outstanding teachers.The establishment should be finished in the frame of professional qualities,professional knowledge and professional skills.On this basis,the essential meaning of outstanding teachers should be interpreted in a hierarchical way.The discussion about"what outstanding teachers are"and the construction of the corresponding standards not only help to deepen the theory of outstanding teachers in the local sense,but also have the significance of regulating and leading the optimization of the practice of the government,teacher training colleges and universities,primary and secondary schools,teachers and other subjects.
