教师专业成长的实践逻辑及其实现

马克思主义实践哲学促成了当下哲学从知识论到生存论的转向,教师哲学以知识论还是生存论为根基直接影响人们对教师专业成长逻辑的认识.在生存论路向的教师哲学视域下,实践是教师专业成长的逻辑原点与重要知识源泉,是教师实现专业成长理性自觉的基础,也是教师专业成长的生存意义得以显露的重要前提.以传统知识论为根基的理性主义教师发展逻辑使教师在时间紧迫性、空间单一性、情境复杂性的教育实践中陷入紧张、非理性生存状态,为扭转这种状态,需要回归教师专业成长的实践逻辑.在实践逻辑视域下,具有情感性、意义性和主体性特征的体验是教师专业成长的心理基础,对教师整体生命存在、具体教育实践及其体验进行的反思是教师专业成长的发生要件,具有目的性、意义性、能动性特征的行动是教师专业成长的能动方式.
Practical Logic of Teachers Professional Growth and Its Realization
The Marxist philosophy of practice has contributed to the transformation of current philosophy from epistemology to existentialism.Teachers'philosophy is based on epistemology or existentialism has a direct impact on people's understanding of the logic of teachers'professional growth.From the perspective of teachers'philosophy in the direction of existentialism,practice is the origin of teachers'professional growth.Practice is an important source of knowledge for teachers'professional growth,the basis for teachers to realize the rational self-awareness of their professional growth,and the important premise for the survival significance of teachers'professional growth to be revealed.The rationalist logic of the teacher development concept based on the traditional epistemology makes teachers fall into a tense and irrational state of existence in the educational practice situation of time urgency,spatial singularity and situation complexity.In order to reverse this state,it is necessary to return to the practical logic of teachers'professional growth.From the perspective of practical logic,the experience with emotional,meaningful and subjective characteristics is the psychological basis of teachers'professional growth.The reflection on the existence of teachers'whole lives,specific educational practice and their experiences is the key element of teachers'professional growth.The action with the charateristics of purpose,meaning and initiative is the dynamic way of teachers'professional growth.
