精英教育的二重性及其教育改革意蕴

现代社会以精英人才作为核心人力资本,形成了以培养能力卓越者为行动共识的精英教育.能力为本、机会均等和能者多得构成精英教育的核心特征,重塑了现代教育的基本样态.在能力的价值取向下,精英教育基于未来自致与公平竞争,满足了人们对于个人自由以及社会效率的憧憬与向往.但精英教育在释放优越性的同时,也逐渐成为教育发展与社会和谐的制约性力量,导致了学生的异化、教育的不公以及社会共同体的割裂.精英教育造就了筛选式教育体系和占有式个人主义理念,甚至造就了精英的傲慢.面对精英教育的二重性,未来教育改革与发展需要以平等主义为前提,重塑精英教育理念,培养多元化的精英人才、解锁精英的创造品质、激发精英的社会责任,构建精英教育与全民教育有机耦合、共生互补的教育模式,从而实现平等与卓越双重目标的动态平衡.
The Duality of Elite Education and Its Educational Reform Implications
Modern society takes elite talents as its core human capital and has formed elite education,which takes the cultivation of those with outstanding abilities as the consensus for action.Ability-based,equal opportunities and"those with competence get more"constitute the core characteristics of elite education,reshaping the basic appearance of modern education.Under the value orientation of ability,elite education is based on future self-creation and fair competition,which meets people's longing and yearning for personal freedom and social efficiency.However,while releasing the superiority,elitist education has gradually become a restrictive force for educational development and social harmony,leading to the alienation of students,the injustice of education and the separation of social community.Elite education has created the screening education system and the concept of possession individualism,and even created the arrogance of the elite.In the face of elite education duality,future educational reform and development need to take egalitarianism as the premise,reshape elite education ideas to cultivate diversified elite talents,unlock the elite creation qualities and stimulate the elite social responsibility,and build an education model that is organically coupled and symbiotic and complementary to elite education and education for all,so as to realize the dynamic balance of the dual goals of equality and excellence.
