西方学者认为,在"后革命时代",阶级与革命概念发生改变,社会呈现出革命主体的无名化,大众革命意识与革命热情已然消散.麦克拉伦在"回归马克思"的理论感召下,借用阶级与革命概念建构其革命性批判教育学,试图寻找资本主义社会的可替代方案.这种批判教育学并非敦促人们再次革命,而是一种意识观念的变革,其对资本主义的批判和触动是有限的.因此,革命性批判教育学无力实现对后革命时代的改造.
The Revolutionary Imagination of McLaren's Critical Pedagogy
Western scholars noted that the concepts of class and revolution has been altered,that the society was characterized by the unnamed revolutionary entity,and that the ideology and passion of revolution have lost its popularity in a post-revolution era.Meanwhile,the resurgence of returning to Marxism in academia was presented,amid which,McLaren established the framework of revolutionary critical pedagogy by using the concepts of class and revolution,which tries to find an alternative for capitalist societies.This kind of critical pedagogy is not to incite people to revolute again,but to achieve a change of consciousness,and its criticism and impact on capitalism are limited.Hence,the revolutionary critical pedagogy posted by McLaren fails to reform a post-revolutionary era.
