美德一体在人的价值性的感性活动中找到依据,并指向人的主体性和本质力量展现的人的教化问题.美德互育是立足于课堂教学中缔结美与德相互转化的教化立场,朝向学科实践中的美德融合来实现人的多方面发展的教育理念,通过深化学科知识的道德旨趣与美学涵养,引导学生在知识学习过程中经历感性实践、情感共振、道德想象与反思判断的美德转化的实践过程,在培育学生审美与道德素养的同时反哺个体认知能力与文化品位的提升.从知识、学习与素养层面论述课堂教学中美德互育的基础,具化为学科知识所兼具的道德属性与美学属性、美感经验生成与道德信念内化在个体心理结构层面的叠合、美与德互相积淀共同助力于人整个心理文化结构的完善.而感性实践与理性知识的融通、情感体验与价值观念的互动、道德想象与伦理判断的结合、审美理想与道德生活的共享是美德互育的生成机制.基于美德互育的课堂教学实践要求确立美学陶冶精神世界的诗性立场,深化对学科知识道德属性与审美属性的理解,引导学生经历美德互育的学习实践过程,构建美德一体的课堂教学新形态,以丰富课堂的审美感与道德感、文化性与生命性.
The Aesthetic-ethical Mutual Cultivation in Classroom Teaching and Its Practical Pathways
"The unity of aesthetics and morality"finds its basis in the sensual activity of human values and points to the problem of human education in which the subjectivity and essential power of the human being are fully revealed.Aesthetic-ethical mutual cultivation is based on the educational concept of concluding the position of mutual transformation of aesthetics and morality in classroom teaching,and realizing the multi-faceted development of human beings through the integration of aesthetics and morality in the practice of academic subjects.By deepening the moral interest and aesthetic connotation of knowledge,students are guided to go through the practical process of transformation of aesthetics and morality through sensual experience,emotional resonance,moral imagination and reflective judgment in the process of knowledge learning,it can cultivate students'aesthetic and moral qualities,and also improve their cognitive ability and cultural tastes.The basis of Aesthetic-ethical mutual cultivation in the classroom is discussed in the aspects of knowledge,learning and literacy,which is translated into the moral and aesthetic attributes of subject knowledge,the superposition of the generation of aesthetic experience and the internalization of moral beliefs at the individual psychological structure,and the mutual accumulation of aesthetics and morality which jointly contribute to the perfection of the psychological and cultural structure of human beings.The integration of emotional practice and rational knowledge,the interaction between emotional experience and values,the combination of moral imagination and ethical judgment,and the sharing of aesthetic ideals and moral life are the generating mechanisms of Aesthetic-ethical mutual cultivation.The educational practice requires establishing the poetic standpoint of aesthetic edifying the spiritual world,deepening the understanding of the moral and aesthetic attributes of subject knowledge,guiding students through the learning process of aesthetic and moral transformation and constructing a new teaching form that integrates aesthetics and virtue to enrich the classroom's sense of aesthetics and morality,and its cultural nature and vitality.
