Identification of"Compatibility and Centrality"in the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era:Analysis Framework and Institutional Logic
In the new era,the reform of educational evaluation is related to the improvement of talent cultivation quality,the construction of educational modernization,and the establishment of an educational powerhouse in China.In order to better deepen the reform of educational evaluation,it is urgent to clarify the institutional logics of numerous relevant subjects in the field,and identify the compatibility and centrality of the multiple institutional logics,in order to present the organizational style in the practice of educational evaluation reform.Analysis reveals that the multiple institutional logics of education evaluation reform in the new era belong to the"dominant"relationship type of high compatibility and low centrality.Based on this,with the overall idea of maintaining stability,compatibility,and enhancing centrality,a mutually beneficial state of maintaining compatibility and a symbiotic evolution model of shaping are proposed;a new direction for the development of establishing a polycentric organization and reshaping a three-dimensional network structure is also established.
