Practical Pathway to the Integration of the Overall National Security Concept into Primary and Secondary School Curriculum
The overall national security concept is a new type of security concept,which is of inestimable significance and value to the development of the country,the happiness of the people and the growth of individuals.However,there are still many dilemmas and problems in its implementation in primary and secondary education practice,and it is necessary to find out ways to integrate the overall national security concept into the curriculum of primary and secondary education.For example,integrating it into strongly related subjects like morality and rule of law,geography,history and other subjects in a thematic learning way;organizing students to implement an immersive learning way in subjects like Chinese,biology,and information technology;and performing comprehensive learning in an interdisciplinary theme-based or project-based way.Based on the above practices,pedagogical reflections on concepts and theoretical foundations,values and methodologies,and the relationship between knowledge and action in curriculum implementation are expected to improve the theoretical quality and practical effectiveness of education on the overall national security concept.
