大格局是国家对青少年人格的时代召唤.初中阶段是青少年格局发展的波动期,青少年格局在年龄、年级、学校所在地区和生活满意度上存在着显著差异.学校道德氛围、生命意义感是青少年格局的重要影响因素:学校道德氛围、生命意义感直接显著正向影响青少年格局;生命意义感在学校道德氛围与青少年格局间有部分中介效应.据此,在有大格局的时代新人培育中,要重点关注处于格局波动期的初中生,重视青少年的生命教育,创造有大爱、尚公正、能宽恕的学校道德氛围,同时学校也要与家庭和社会形成合力,为青少年营造立大志、有作为、担大任的社会文化环境.
The Influence of School Moral Atmosphere on the Adolescent's Geju:The Mediation Effect of the Sense of Meaning in Life
The Great geju(moral character and bearing)is the national calling of the times for personality among young people.The middle school stage is a fluctuating period for the development of the adolescent's geju,and there are significant differences in the status of adolescents's geju in age,grade,school region,and degree of life satisfaction.School moral atmosphere and the sense of life meaning are two major determinants of adolescents'geju,which both have a direct and substantial positive impact on the adolescents'geju.In addition,the sense of meaning in life has a partial mediation effect between schools'moral atmosphere and adolescents'geju.Accordingly,to cultivate the great geju of adolescents,close attention should be paid to middle school students,while life education for teenagers should be carried out to create a school atmosphere full of love,fairness,and forgiveness.At the same time,schools should work together with families and communities to create a social and cultural environment where great aspirations,accomplishments,and national responsibility are encouraged.
