乡村振兴的时代语境寄予乡村教师新乡贤的角色期待.乡村教师新乡贤角色兼具专业性与公共性的复合职能属性,这一角色的伦理品性根植于乡土伦理与教师伦理.乡村教师的新乡贤角色呈现出规范取向、德性取向与实践取向三种样态,然而,当前乡村教师的新乡贤角色却面临"规范脱嵌""德性脱嵌"与"实践脱嵌"等多重风险,表征为权力定位与责任定位的模糊、内在品格与乡贤德性的游离、治理成效与理想愿景的偏差.为促进乡村教师的新乡贤角色形成与作用发挥,实现乡村教师的新乡贤角色嵌入,须明晰权责定位,完善乡村教师新乡贤角色的制度德性;弘扬公共精神,重拾乡村教师新乡贤角色的为农立场;促进双向互动,助推乡村教师新乡贤角色物质与精神的统一.
The Disembedding Risks and Embedding Mechanisms of the Role of Rural Teachers as New Rural Sages
The context of rural revitalization gives rural teachers the expectation of the role of new rural sages.The role of rural teachers as new rural sages has the compound functional attributes of professionalism and publicity,and its ethical character is rooted in local ethics and teacher ethics.The role of rural teachers as new rural sages presents three manifestations,including normative orientation,virtue orientation and practical orientation.However,the current role of rural teachers as new rural sages is facing multiple risks such as"normative disembedding""virtue disembedding"and"practical disembedding",which is characterized by the ambiguity of power positioning and responsibility positioning,the difference of the inner virtue of rural teachers and the virtue of the rural sages,and the deviation of governance effectiveness and ideal vision.In order to promote the formation and functioning of the role of rural teachers as new rural sages and promote their utility,and achieve the embedding of the role of rural teachers as new rural sages,it is necessary to clarify the positioning of power and responsibility and to perfect the institutional virtues of the role of rural teachers as new rural sages.It is necessary to carry forward the public spirit and re-establish the service orientation of the role of rural teachers as new rural sages to rural areas.It is also necessary to promote two-way interaction and promote the unity of material and spirit aspects of the role of rural teachers as new rural sages.
