The Influence and Its Mechanism of Teachers'Emotional Teaching Views on Adolescents'Academic Values
In order to investigate the relationship between teachers'emotional teaching views and adolescents'academic values,1459 adolescents were investigated by using the emotional teaching views questionnaire,emotional teaching skills questionnaire,achievement goal scale,and academic values scale.The results show that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between teachers'emotional teaching views and adolescents'academic values;(2)teachers'emotional teaching views can not only directly and positively predict adolescents'academic values,but also have an impact on academic values through three intermediary paths:the independent intermediary role of emotional teaching skills,the independent intermediary role of achievement goals,and the sequential intermediary role of emotional teaching skills and achievement goals.The results reveal the internal mechanism of teachers'emotional teaching concept affecting students'academic values,which has some enlightening significance for the intervention practice of teachers'emotional teaching and adolescents'academic values.
