A Decade of Review and Reflection on the Comprehensive Reform of the New College Entrance Examination
In the comprehensive reform of the new college entrance examination, the high school achievement test is included in the evaluation of university enrollment, and it is hard linked to the subjects of the college entrance examination, forming a formal"two bases".The"+3"and"+1+2"subjects have similar selection attributes as the subjects of the college entrance examination,so the"two bases"are still essentially"one basis".The utilitarian behavior of students to avoid selecting physics and chemistry subjects indicates the need to maintain a balance between students'autonomy and state regulation at the level of subject selection.Over the past decade, mobile class teaching in high schools has shown a trend from being hot in the early stages to overall cooling down, and the organizational form of teaching has generally returned to traditional fixed classes teaching. The first batch of pilot provinces and cities in Zhejiang and Shanghai have provided useful references for other provinces in terms of the percentile band score system. The basic premise for the comprehensive quality to truly play the role of"one reference"is to give universities a certain degree of enrollment autonomy, while the fundamental constraint lies in the imperfect social integrity mechanism, enrollment supervision mechanism, and the dilemma of fairness caused by human relationship and relationship culture.
